Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order from OnOurWayTo100, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be:
    • Unopened and in its original packaging, OR
    • If opened, at least half of the product must remain.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at management@onourwayto100.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable guides or digital resources.
  • Any product returned more than 14 days after delivery.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at management@onourwayto100.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely and send it to the address provided.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
    • First check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund posts).
    • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at management@onourwayto100.com.
